**Application fee is waived for additional children of the same family after the first application.

For families applying for multiple children using the online application only, please use one application. Please indicate the name of each child by listing their names in the same box. In the first short answer box, indicate the name, birth date, and description of each child.

 
 

If you feel that Wauhatchie School may be right for your child and would like to apply, please either complete the online application form and payment submission, or complete the printable application form and mail along with your $25 application fee to:

Once your application is received, you will receive a confirmation email that will also include information about scheduling a tour.


Open House

If you are submitting an application or are interested in applying, we encourage you to attend one of our open houses. Our open house events are opportunities to ask questions, learn more about the programs, and explore the sites. We request that these events be for parents only.

Enrollment

  1. Wauhatchie School will contact you within a week of your tour to answer any remaining questions and then either invite you to enroll or discuss any concerns that have arisen. If all spaces are full, you will receive an email to let you know that your child has been placed on a waiting list.

  2. Once you receive the official enrollment form, it will need to be completed and returned to Wauhatchie School as soon as possible, along with the non-refundable $150 deposit to hold your child’s space.

  3. Please attach your child's immunization record or a religious exemption form.

  4. Your child’s space in the class will be officially reserved as soon as this paperwork is turned in, and the deposit check clears.
